As a first time home buyer, Tanya was such a Godsend! I can say that I landed in good hands with her. I tried to do as
much research as I possibly could beforehand but of course ran into things I wasn't prepared for. If it was not for Tanya, I
wouldn't have had the experience and turn out the way that I did. She was 100% dedicated to me in what I was looking for, what I
should do with a property I liked, not hiding anything whatsoever for another sale, and she really worked with me and my
schedule. Like many, we are all busy, and if there was something she could do for me (like submitting my earnest money,
calls, emails, getting to the bottom of things) she was on top of it. If you want someone who is dedicated to you, fights
tooth and nail for something you want, and is completely competent, this is her. Also, she's very fun, professional, and
RESPONDS IN RECORD TIME. Quick Story: Like many home buyers / realtors, we went house to house for something
within my budget, I remember us sitting at the step of a house with me just being so disheartened about what my
possibilities are. Now, I'm not saying she'll find a mansion for 5 figures, but she really knows her history and area. She
fired me up and we kept going. All in all, I hope most realtors are like Tanya. 5 stars.
